Fresh Cornfed Poussin, also referred to as baby chicken, are under 28 days old when they are slaughtered and typically weigh between 400-500g. The skin and meat of these poussins have a rich golden color due to their diet of corn or maize. Each poussin is perfect as one serving for an individual.
