This honey-sweet sauce is the secret to authentic Chinese barbecued pork, also known as "Char Siu". Our Char Siu sauce is a great marinade for many kinds of meats and ribs and makes it perfect for barbecue, roast, and oven-baked dishes.

Our Char Siu sauce is considered by many to be the best, and it's easy to use nature means you can achieve this proven, all-time favourite flavour for kids and families at home.

Cooking Instructions: 

Marinate 350g pork loin 3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce for a minimum of 15 mins before oven cooking at 190⁰C / Gas 5 for 20 mins or until cooked through. Brush over 1 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce and rest for 2 mins before slicing and serving.
