The ducks were so succulent & meaty. All the work done for you - just had to pop it in the oven. Was perfect for our duck pancake party!
Good size trotters, I use them to make stock . Cover in water . Carrots, celery and onion with peppercorns, long slow simmer ( before adding the vegetables skim any scum) when cooked sieve stock . Simple.
