The latest addition to Ajinomoto’s gyoza range, this authentic prawn gyoza boasts great flavour, crunchy vegetables and features beetroot infused pastry giving the product a pink hue, making it instantly distinguishable for busy operators.
For best results, cook from frozen.
Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the gyoza, pour 4 tbsp of water (about 60 ml) into the pan, cover and boil for 4 minutes. Remove the lid off and boil for a further 60 seconds or until the water has evaporated.
Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 3 minutes 30 seconds.
Boil: Boil for about 4 minutes 30 seconds in simmering water
Steam: Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
