Seaweed pancake is a Chinese, savoury, unleavened flatbread folded with oil and seaweed. Unlike Western pancakes, it is made from dough instead of batter. It is generally pan-fried which gives it crisp edges yet also a chewy texture at the same time it is nice and crispy on the outside.
