Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Seasoning Powder is made with oriental shiitake mushrooms to bring out the unique sweetness and umami in cooking. Just a small spoon can fully bring out the umami of ingredients. It is an indispensable kitchen choice which is suitable for cooking a variety of dishes. This amazing seasoning is also halal certified.

Simply dilute with water to create a vegan friendly stock for soup noodles or casseroles. Or even sprinkle directly into stir fry as seasoning.

  • As a stir fry seasoning:  Approximately ½ tsp (2.5g) for 300-500g of ingredients.
  • For soup base/stock : 1 tsp for 350ml stock.
