These Greenshell Mussels are harvested sustainably from the pristine waters of New Zealand and snap frozen to preserve the succulent plump meat and delicious sweet taste that has made these Greenshell Mussels the world's famous. The mussels have a fantastic quality, taste and texture.

Preparation and Use: 
Place the mussels on a covered tray or in a sealed bag in the fridge for 5-8 hours to thaw. 

New Zealand Greenshell Mussels are quick and easy to prepare. Just cook until evenly heated through. 

  • Bake at 160°C for 5-7 minutes
  • Cook on the BBQ or grill for 2-5 minutes.
  • Steam in a pot with a tight lid for 2-3 minutes.
