Nihon Shokken eel sauce, also known as unagi no tare, is a thick, glossy sauce which can be used as a roasting glaze, or a finishing seasoning.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt), sugar, water, rice fermented seasoning (alcohol, water, rice, glucose, salt), modified starch, colour (E150a), sweet rice wine (glutinous rice, glucose, malted rice, alcohol), spirit vinegar, yeast extract.
