Preparation and Usage

Chicken hip
(cut to pieces) 5 pieces (about 200g)
Diced potatoes 1 cup (about 100g)
Onions (cut to pieces) 1/2 cup (about 50g)
Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon

Serving Direction
1. Pour Massaman curry into a pot. Heat up on the stove to boil for about 1 minute.
2. Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes (put the lid on the pot)
3. Add potato, onions, peanut, and simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Hot serve with cooked rice.

Serving suggestion :
Add vegetable or meat as you like it or add water for a clear curry.
