Stir-fry: Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for about 3-5 minutes then drain. Stir-fry prepared sliced or cubed meat together with shrimps, mushrooms, or desired vegetables. Add in rice vermicelli and seasoning and fry for 1-2 minutes.
