Taiwanese-style oolong milk tea is ready-to-eat portioned soluble powder based on, among other things, whole milk powder, Oolong tea powder, sugar and creamer. The most famous Oolong tea leaves are mainly picked in the high mountains in Taiwan. Oolong milk tea has a smooth, creamy texture with an intense oolong tea flavour. It is a popular drink in Asia that is mainly served at breakfast.
Taiwanese-style oolong milk tea can be served either hot or cold with ice cubes. Mix the powder with 150 ml of hot water, stir and serve.
