Preparation and Usage:

• There are 2 ways to defrost spring roll pastry:  Keep overnight in the refrigerator or on the counter for 30 minutes. Once the wrappers are defrosted, open the package and immediately cover it with a damp towel to keep it moist. - The wrappers will dry out or crack quickly if left uncovered. 
• Once defrosted, gently peel the first sheet away from the rest of the batch. 
• To wrap & cook: Angle the wrapper to a diamond shape, and then simply add filling towards the bottom edge, roll and fold in the sides halfway and seal the edges with some egg wash and fry in oil.
