Tobiko is a processed roe of flying fish, a fish living in the Pacific. It is a crunchy addition to Asian cuisine with a sharp wasabi smell and taste. The green colour of this roe will perfectly decorate every piece of sushi.

Flying fish roe (Cypselurus Heterurus 88%), sugar, salt, wasabi flavouring (mustard, horseradish): Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt) mirin (glucose syrup, glutinous rice, water ethyl alcohol from molasses), spirit vinegar, colour: E 133, E 102- E110% (*May have an adverse effect on acivity and attention in children).
