Taro is a starchy root vegetable grown in tropical climates and is popular in Southeast Asian cuisines. It has a slightly sweet and nutty flavour which allows it to seamlessly transform into a variety of dishes, both sweet and savory. It can be cooked the same way as potatoes: baked, fried, roasted or boiled. 

• Peeled and cut into thick slices, and then frozen

Storage: Keep Frozen at -18°C or Colder

Preparation and Usage: Remove from packaging and defrost for 4 hours in cold water or overnight in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook thoroughly before consumption.
