These dumplings have a traditional Japanese flavour with pork filling. They can be prepared in multiple ways, such as pan-frying, deep frying, steaming, or boiling.

Storage: Keep Frozen at -18°C or Colder
Preparation and Usage: Cook directly from Frozen.
Pan Fry: Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Place the Gyozas in the pan and let them fry on one side for 2 minutes. Then pour about 4 tablespoons of water, place a lid over the pan and boil for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and boil for 1 more minute until the water evaporates.
Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds in simmering water.
Steam: Place dumplings in an oiled steamer. Let the basket warm over a saucepan filled with boiling water for about 5 minutes.
