Kong Wah Fresh Tofu 500g 光華豆腐

Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It has a subtle flavour, so it can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes. The spongy texture allows flavours to be adosbed well.

    • Not suitable for home freezing.
    • Once opened keep covered in chilled water, which should be changed daily, and eat within 2 days. 

    Preparation and Usage: Remove the tofu from the package, drain out the liquid and cut into small pieces and place on the plate. Steam the tofu for 5-8 minutes. Add some seasame oil, soya sauce and spring onions and serve. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
