To make the Classic Chinese Marinade Platter, boil 1 portion of Lee Kum Kee Chinese Marinade and 3 portions of water. Add ingredients like hard-boiled eggs, chicken wings or fried tofu. Ingredients should be fully immersed in the liquid. Cook over medium heat until done. Simmer further for extra flavour. Drain and serve.
