Lee Kum Kee is the first brand to launch XO sauce in Hong Kong. Lee Kum Kee XO sauce is an all-purpose gourmet condiment made from the finest ingredients such as dried scallops, dried shrimps, red chilies, and spices.
It is an excellent addition to all dishes, such as Chinese dim sum, noodles, dumplings, porridge, and Japanese sushi. XO sauce is also ideal for stir-frying meats vegetables, seafood, tofu, fried rice, and even pizza.

This is my favourite shop bought XO sauce. It’s super chunky and packed with ingredients. I get through it really quickly as it’s so moorish.
