Wonton noodles are fresh yellow egg noodles and mainly made with wheat flour and eeggs. Similar to thin wonton noodles but wider. These noodles would also compliment wonton noodle soups, but also used in heatier noodle soups like beef noodles soups, or other dishes with braised beef and heavier, oilier flavours.

Preparation and Usage: First, bring a large port of salted water to boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and spread them out and stir them quite vigorously to make sure they are separated. Cook the noodles for 30 to 40 seconds and never boil longer than 1 minute. Once they are done cooking, drain the noodles and rinse under cold running water and drain well.
